How to describe the Hobo Kitchen? Think of it, maybe, like a flirt between the South European food tradition, classic comfort food, and a Finnish take. And, above all, a no fuzz principle. Simple and authentic. Somewhere around there is where you’ll find us.

Developing our menus together with the seasons is central. We focus a lot on preserving ingredients at their peak, so that we have an interesting menu all year around.
