– 3-day-tickets to Sideways Festival, stay at Hobo Helsinki and a pizza party for two

1. ORGANIZER

The giveaway is organized by Hobo Helsinki. The giveaway is not organised by Facebook or Instagram and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered in any way, nor is it in any way related to Instagram or Facebook.

2. TERMS FOR PARTICIPATION

Anyone aged 18 or over resident in Finland may enter the giveaway, excluding those who have participated in the implementation of the giveaway or who have participated in the preparation of the giveaway or parts of the giveaway.

3. ❗️WARNING ABOUT SCAM ACCOUNTS, ATTENTION!

There are a lot of scam accounts out there that fish for race participants' contact details. For example, a scam account may copy the logos and images of a genuine account and send private messages to participants. So please do not share any of your details unless you receive a private message from a real representative of the organizer. You can identify the real account by the blue verification mark next to the Instagram username and the Facebook URL. We will never ask for your credit card details, ask you to register for anything or announce the winner in the comments section of the competition. The contest organizers are not responsible for the actions or consequences of any potential scam accounts.

4. ENTRY

To enter the competition, go to the giveaway post either on Hobo Helsinki or Sideways Festival Instagram account. The participant fills in his/her/their answer in the comment field of the shared giveaway entry and enters the competition. Participants also hasto follow both @hobohel and @sidewayshel accounts on Instagram.

5. GIVEAWAY PERIOD AND WINNERS SELECTION AND PRIZE

The giveaway period to participate is until the end of 20.5.2024. The draw will take place after the end of the entry period. Entries received outside the closing date will not be accepted for the draw.

A prize will be 3-day-tickets for two to Sideways Festival Helsinki 13.–15.6.2024,  3 nights for two in the Hobo Large Room in Hobo Helsinki 13.–16.6.2024 and two pizzas of your choosing from Hobo Bar during the opening hours of the kitchen with two tap drinks.  The prize must be used during this exact time period. Please not the prize can be used only upon suite availability and the hotel has the right to limit the availability for the giveaway night during high demand days and holidays. Please also note the prize cannot be changed to money.

The organizer (Hobo Helsinki & Sideways Festival) will contact the winner the week following the end of the giveaway with instructions on how to provide contact details to deliver the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of the announcement of the win, the organizer will redraw the prize in question. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

6. DRAWING AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE

The prize will be drawn at the end of the competition. The draw will be conducted by a marketing representative of Hobo Helsinki. The winner will be contacted personally. The Organizer does not verify the correctness of the addresses provided and is not responsible for deliveries not received due to incorrect addresses or non-deliveries by third parties.

7. PROCESSING AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data of the participants may be used for the purposes of communication in connection with the giveaway. The data will not be disclosed to third parties or used for direct marketing purposes, unless the participant has given his/her express consent.

8. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organizer reserves the right to make changes and reserves the right to amend these rules. The organizer is not responsible for any IT-related obstacles affecting participation in the giveaway. The winner of the prize shall indemnify the organizer, the partners of the giveaway and the partners of the aforementioned parties against all liability arising or alleged to have arisen out of participation in this competition or receipt or use of the prize. However, this exemption from liability does not affect the rights of the consumer under consumer protection law. The organizer reserves the right to modify, extend or suspend the competition at the organizer's discretion due to technical problems or other force majeure. Participants are not entitled to compensation in this case.
