Kitchen takeover by Marco Loricchio, July 11th-12th 16-22

My name is Marco, and I am a creative in the food and fashion industry, based in Helsinki. I own a coffee shop, @byroo.club, organise events and pop-up restaurants. This summer me and a bunch of friends are taking over kitchens around Helsinki.

I'll be taking over Hobo on July 11th-12th with my friend, Sonja. Sonja is an experienced chef living in Helsinki with a grand experience in fermentation, style and local produce. She throws atmospheric dinners and organises events all around. 

Together we are taking over Hobo Helsinki kitchen for a weekend to delivery fresh, summery bites and funky vibes. Together with Hobo Helsinki we are celebrating summer, local produce and having good old fun.
